1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee 

All booking fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Booking fees are also non-refundable if the makeup or hair kit has been used during a trial, lesson, or service. As a professional with over 18 years of experience, I ensure that every booking is tailored and prepared specifically for each client, which these fees help secure. 

2. Rescheduling 

In the event of a government-mandated lockdown, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, please notify me as soon as possible to arrange a new booking date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is at my discretion and based on available times. My years of experience allow me to provide flexibility while maintaining the highest standard of service. 

3. Refund Policy 

A refund of the booking fee will only be issued if I am unable to provide the service due to illness or unavoidable circumstances. Where possible, I will endeavour to arrange a suitable replacement stylist. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided. My 18 years in the industry mean every service is delivered professionally and reliably. 

4. Allergies, Health & Hygiene 

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or known reactive ingredients prior to makeup application. I reserve the right to refuse service to any client or member of their party who is experiencing a contagious illness, infection, or condition that may pose a health risk to themselves, other clients, or staff. With nearly two decades of experience, client safety and hygiene are always my top priority. 

5. COVID-19 & Illness Policy 

Additional safety and hygiene measures are followed in accordance with current legal requirements. Clients must not attend appointments if they, or anyone in their party, are unwell or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or other contagious illness. Please contact me if you require details regarding the specific safety protocols being implemented. My extensive experience ensures that every service is conducted in a safe, professional, and sanitary environment. 

6. Additional Services & Charges 

Any additional services requested on the day that were not included in the original booking will incur additional charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before the service proceeds. My 18 years of expertise allow me to offer customised solutions to meet each client’s unique requirements. 

7. Group Bookings & Time Restrictions 

For bookings involving multiple clients within a limited time frame, additional hair and makeup stylists may be required. Any associated fees for additional stylists or resources will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the service. 

8. Liability 

I am not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin irritations resulting from the use of my products if allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed prior to the service. Clients acknowledge that all products used are professional-grade but may contain ingredients that could cause reactions in sensitive individuals. My professional experience ensures the highest quality products and application techniques are used. 

9. Photography, Content & Image Use 

Photographs or video content taken during services may be used for my website, social media, and promotional materials. If clients do not consent to the use of their images, they must notify me prior to their appointment. With 18 years of experience working with professional shoots and branding, I may use these images to showcase my craft and maintain professional standards. 

10. Tattoos & Scar Coverage 

Coverage of tattoos, scars, or significant pigmentation is not included in standard makeup services and will incur additional fees. Clients must notify me at the time of booking if coverage is required so accurate pricing and time allowances can be arranged. My experience allows me to provide expert techniques for a flawless finish. 

11. Travel, Location & Parking 

Clients must confirm the service location at the time of booking to receive an accurate quote. If the location changes after the quote has been provided, additional travel charges will apply. Parking must be arranged by the client, and any parking or metered fees incurred on the day will be the client’s responsibility. My professional approach ensures smooth, reliable mobile services with minimal disruption.
